Membership fee payments are final.
Once paid, the membership fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a member later decides not to use the club or wishes to cancel their membership for any personal reason, they will not be entitled to any refund.
By paying the membership fee, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy.

Our club is committed to ensuring that all members have access to high-quality and safe equipment. It is the collective responsibility of all members to safeguard the club's property and assets.
Our Equipment Damage and Loss Policy is as follows:
Careful Usage: All members are requested to use all equipment (such as treadmills, machines, dumbbells, gaming consoles, boards, furniture, etc.) in the gym and game club with utmost care and in the appropriate manner.
Liability for Damage: If any member, intentionally or due to negligence, damages, breaks, or malfunctions any club equipment, machine, or property, that member will be held liable for the full cost of the damage.
Assessment of Cost: The total cost for the repair or replacement of the damaged item will be assessed by the club management, and the member must pay this amount immediately.
Suspension/Termination: In cases of severe or repeated damage, the club management reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the member's membership, and no refund will be issued in such a situation.
